Cofoco

Cofoco was founded on the belief that a good meal should be affordable. We wanted to create restaurants that allowed us to dine out frequently and present new kitchens that could offer Copenhageners new experiences.

Everyone deserves a good meal. A meal created by the atmosphere, the people gathered around the table, the memories that are created and the food you enjoy. Created with respect for you and the ingredients and with curiosity and love for the good meal.

This ambition sets a high standard for the products and ingredients we use and not in the least the experience we want to create as a whole. We are therefore always striving to take the lead in raising the bar in our industry, making consideration of sustainability, animal welfare, and ecology as a standard. We will continue to renew the restaurant scene and ourselves so that we can continue to present new experiences for Copenhageners.

We are living in a time of great climate challenges. We believe that we all have a responsibility to change this development and that we all need to contribute to a sustainable future. That is why we in Cofoco work and invest in areas with small to bigger initiatives seeking to ensure change that benefits everyone.

In our REGA collaboration, we commit ourselves to three messages that already are matter at heart: respect for human rights, protecting the environment and preventing corruption. At Cofoco, we are really excited about this initiative and hope many more restaurateurs will join REGA so that we together can raise the bar in our industry to a level that not only in Denmark but throughout the world can be an aspiration for others.
