Original Coffee

At Original Coffee it's about coffee, quality and service – all at a down-to-earth level. We want good and varied coffee. We want simple and tasty food. We want a personal service - which for us underlies the basis of good relations between people.

Our belief is that only with happy staff can we achieve happy guests. That’s why it’s important that our baristas thrive in their respective work teams. We give them the opportunity to develop through training and education. We strive to be a workplace which they can be proud of – also when the shift has ended. We want people to have a good time when visiting our coffee bars, and that goes for barista as well as for guest.

But focusing on work environment, quality and service is not everything. We are also aware of our social responsibility and we strive to improve ourselves.

For us, it’s essential not just to talk, but to take actual action. The key lies with responsibility in those actions, at all times we have to consider both the world around us, our procedures and our staff. It’s an ongoing process: We take one step at a time, moving in the right direction. We hope and believe that by collaboration and dialogue, and through our commitments in REGA, we can lift the quality of our work with corporate social responsibility.
